1）Advanced Training Program for Maritime Instructors and Administrators from MET Institutions 2023 The program is designed for the purpose of upgrading the capacity of instructors and managers in the MET institutions, by introducing a series of subjects such as Implementation of STCW, full review of STCW, national regulations and policies development for MET, seafarer’s competency development for GHG reduction onboard, digitalization and MET, seafarer manpower analysis and strategic planning for MET, seafarers’ examination and assessment, onboard training, pedagogics for MET. 2）2023 Special Virtual Training Program for Maritime Administrators The Program aims to update the knowledge of Maritime Safety Administrators for future maritime digitalization and decarbonisation, through in-depth analysis on key issues and latest practices from the maritime Industry. The main courses are New energies for ships and mid-term measures for GHG reduction, CII verification, functions of MSA in Digital and Green corridors, digitalization for maritime supervision, full review of STCW and human factors.
